The service

Resumly helps you create a base resume and tailor it to job descriptions using AI. We may change or discontinue features at any time.

Your content

You own the resumes and other content you provide. You give us permission to process it to operate the service, including sending it to AI providers as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of your resume.

AI-generated output

Output is generated automatically and may contain mistakes. Always review and edit every tailored resume before sending it to an employer. Resumly is designed to use only information from your base resume, but you remain responsible for what you submit.

Acceptable use

• Don't misuse the service, attempt to break or probe it, or bypass usage limits.
• Don't upload content you have no right to use or that is unlawful.
• Don't use the URL import feature to access private or internal systems.

Fair use limits

AI actions are rate-limited per account to keep the service reliable and affordable.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee any hiring outcome. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.

Termination

You can stop using Resumly at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
